How billing works

As an admin or account owner, you can view your cur­rent sup­port usa­ge at any time in ITscope via the user menu under “Account” / “Support & Consulting”.

  • Every cus­to­mer recei­ves included sup­port time per quarter
  • Support is only bil­led after the included time has been used
  • Billing is trans­pa­rent in 15-minute increments
