The interface between SITE and ITscope integrates over 420 suppliers and an ITC product catalogue of 7 million into SITE powered by Dynamics 365 Business Central. Divided into three modules that build on each other, the interface can be used to retrieve product data, prices and availabilities in realtime and order them from the preferred supplier with one click, including document exchange. Via ITscope, you can also easily provide your customers with individual B2B customer portals for procurement and therefore effortlessly digitalise your sales. With the B2B shop module, you can automatically import these orders from the customer portals.

Please Note: Separate costs apply for each module, which need to be clarified directly with the manufacturer of the interface.

SITE is the fully integrated industry solution for IT companies based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV from Singhammer IT Consulting. The SITE-ITscope interface consists of integrated SITE modules that are activated by Singhammer or its implementation partners. The manufacturer of the SITE ITscope interface is mse Software GmbH in cooperation with ITscope and Singhammer.

Send orders with one click and receive response documents such as order confirmations, delivery notes and proforma invoices.

The advantages at a glance:

Serial numbers:: electronic response documents can be imported into the ERP system, provided the distributor provides these.

Dropshipping: deliver to your customers as if the goods came from your warehouse – without repackaging and extra shipping.

Licence orders: information about the licensee can easily be included in licence orders.

Project prices: project-related purchase prices can be retrieved and used in orders.

ITscope B2B shop Module

Easily provide your customers with their own B2B customer portals via the ITscope platform and automatically import your customers’ orders into SITE!

The advantages at a glance:

Quick and easy: individual B2B customer portals for your end customers can be set up easily with just a few clicks in less than half an hour.
Your own branding: design your B2B customer portals according to your own individual ideas. You can upload your own logo and your portal is accessible under its own domain.

Import to SITE: orders placed by your customers via the B2B customer portal are automatically imported into SITE and are added as sales orders. Missing items can be created fully automatically and sources of supply can be pre-assigned.
