ITscope provides you with interfaces for connecting your ERP to a large number of systems. Thanks to the individual API integration, you can also import product data, prices, etc. from ERP and merchandise management systems that are not connected.

Upstream product catalogue

Add only those products to your ERP system which are part of your actual sales or offerings. This strategy helps prevent the import of entire supplier catalogs that aren’t needed, ensuring your systems remain uncluttered and free from unused data.

Quotation preparation*

ITscope’s quoting feature allows you to rapidly access all necessary information and product images, enabling you to easily incorporate them into your quote template with just a click.

*to transfer quotations created in ITscope to your ERP, at least the Sales Essential plan is required

Master data

Augment your current product data using ITscope. ITscope delivers product, pricing, and market information in formats suitable for machine reading, such as XML or JSON, ensuring that inconsistencies and gaps in data become obsolete.

Order directly from over 60 distributors thanks to the fully electronic EDI process – including electronic document exchange (depending on the distributor with order confirmation, despatch advice, delivery note, serial number, tracking information, pro forma invoice, etc.)
