No, orde­ring via ITscope cos­ts the same as orde­ring direct­ly from the dis­tri­bu­tor. Even when using cus­to­mi­sed B2B shops, tran­sac­tion fees are only incur­red for inco­ming purcha­se orders from your customers.

Can I also order from sup­pli­ers with whom I am not yet a cus­to­mer?2026–08-03T14:54:04+02:00

Yes, most sup­pli­ers with lis­ted stan­dard pri­ces have acti­va­ted orders for new cus­to­mers as well. Please allow extra time for queries, cre­dit checks etc. when orde­ring as a new customer.

Does the tri­al peri­od auto­ma­ti­cal­ly con­vert into a sub­scrip­ti­on?2026–08-03T14:55:12+02:00

No, the ITscope tri­al peri­od ends auto­ma­ti­cal­ly after 30 days. There is no auto­ma­tic exten­si­on or tran­si­ti­on into a paid sub­scrip­ti­on. You actively deci­de whe­ther to con­ti­nue using ITscope after the tri­al period.

What are the con­tract dura­ti­ons and can­cel­la­ti­on peri­ods? Can I pay month­ly?2026–08-03T14:56:23+02:00

All ITscope con­tracts have a dura­ti­on of 12 months. Cancellation is pos­si­ble up to two months befo­re the end of the con­tract term – other­wi­se, the con­tract will auto­ma­ti­cal­ly be exten­ded for ano­ther year.

We do not offer month­ly pay­ments. Billing is annu­al, eit­her by bank trans­fer or con­ve­ni­ent­ly via SEPA direct debit.
