The platform offers a separate sales view for each product. You can access this by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of the product page. The sales view focuses on the most important information needed for sales and presents detailed technical information and descriptions, along with key selling points, marketing copy, and product photos.
In the sales view, you can choose to display the calculated selling price directly instead of the purchase price. To do this, simply click the price gear icon in the product view and switch the price display from the purchase price to the calculated price. You can adjust the price calculation under the “Price Calculation” menu item and set sales tax, margins, and markups or discounts for various manufacturers, suppliers, and product types.
Get Professional Advice with the Product Comparison Tool
The product comparison feature—accessible via the product comparison icon in the upper right corner or the menu item on the left—is also useful for advising customers in-store. This feature provides a clear and concise way to quickly and easily compare different devices based on various criteria, such as price, features, or performance. This allows you to quickly and easily find a product recommendation for the customer that meets their criteria.
Detailed product information available upon request
You can view a product data sheet from both the sales view and the standard product view. This data sheet provides a clear overview of the technical specifications. It’s ideal for advising technically savvy customers and clearly presenting a device’s technical specifications.
Essential Shop am Point of Sale
Beyond the platform, ITscope also offers the option to create your own PoS store with products, inventory levels, and prices, which you can present to your customers in your physical store. The shop is directly connected to ITscope as a portal and lists your suppliers’ offerings. You then process orders placed through the shop as usual via orders in the ITscope platform. Through the shop you’ve created, customers can order products both in person at your location and online.
