Yes, you can test ITscope for free for 30 days. During the tri­al peri­od, you will have access to all essen­ti­al fea­tures to get a com­pre­hen­si­ve under­stan­ding of the platform.

Do I need to can­cel the tri­al peri­od?2025–05-26T13:00:26+00:00

No, the ITscope tri­al peri­od ends auto­ma­ti­cal­ly after 30 days. There is no auto­ma­tic rene­wal or con­ver­si­on into a paid sub­scrip­ti­on. You deci­de whe­ther you would like to con­ti­nue using ITscope after the tri­al period.

What are the con­tract dura­ti­ons and can­cel­la­ti­on peri­ods? Can I pay month­ly?2025–05-27T06:50:33+00:00

All ITscope con­tracts have a dura­ti­on of 12 months. Cancellation is pos­si­ble up to two months befo­re the end of the con­tract term – other­wi­se, the con­tract will auto­ma­ti­cal­ly be exten­ded for ano­ther year.

We do not offer month­ly pay­ments. Billing is annu­al, eit­her by bank trans­fer or con­ve­ni­ent­ly via SEPA direct debit.

The ITscope ERP inte­gra­ti­on is par­ti­cu­lar­ly useful if you are working with an ERP sys­tem and want to con­nect it to ITscope. Among other bene­fits, it allows you to place orders direct­ly from your ERP sys­tem. In addi­ti­on, we pro­vi­de you with high-quality pro­duct data for your mer­chan­di­se manage­ment system.

Who is ITscope B2B Commerce for?2025–05-27T06:45:30+00:00

ITscope B2B Commerce is ide­al for sys­tem inte­gra­tors who want to digi­ti­se their IT sales with their own B2B shop for their cus­to­mers. You can eit­her pro­vi­de each cus­to­mer with an indi­vi­du­al por­tal or crea­te a shared por­tal for mul­ti­ple customers.

All fea­tures of ITscope Core are alre­a­dy included in ITscope ERP inte­gra­ti­on and ITscope B2B Commerce. These two packa­ges can also be com­bi­ned – for exam­p­le, if you want both an ERP inte­gra­ti­on and a B2B shop solution.

All packa­ges can be exten­ded with addi­tio­nal user types: Core, Procure Plus (unli­mi­t­ed orders), Sales Plus (unli­mi­t­ed quo­tes), and Expert (a com­bi­na­ti­on of Procure Plus and Sales Plus).
