Order volumes increase on ITscope following completion of cop integration
Karlsruhe, February 24, 2026 – ITscope has successfully completed the integration of the cop agent into the ITscope platform. The Karlsruhe-based company had acquired cop Software + Services GmbH in 2020 and announced in 2025 that it would discontinue the cop agent and migrate customers to ITscope. The migration was fully completed in January 2026. Since then, ITscope has consolidated usage, operations and further development on a single platform – with measurable effects on ordering activity.
Positive development following integration
Since the completion of the migration, purchasing activity on ITscope has increased significantly. The number of active buyers – defined as users placing at least one order per month – has risen markedly. The total number of orders also developed positively, increasing by around 17% in January 2026 compared to December 2025. During the same period, order volume processed via ITscope grew by approximately 7%.
“It was important to us to guide cop customers to ITscope in a structured and closely supported manner,” says Oliver Charles, Managing Director of ITscope. “The positive development in ordering activity following the completion of the integration shows that the transition is working well in day-to-day business.”
Broader market overview for IT resellers
With the integration of the cop agent, ITscope now offers IT resellers an expanded market overview. System houses can continue to operate independently of individual distributors or networks and store their negotiated prices with suppliers directly within ITscope. In addition, several purchasing groups – including comTeam, CPN, Nordanex (NEOS, SEOS) and Compass – are represented on the platform, supporting collaborative procurement models. As part of the integration, the platform was also enhanced through additional ERP integrations.
Focus on one platform and its further development
In early February 2026, the final technical components of the former cop-agent service were decommissioned. ITscope now operates entirely on a single platform. Parallel development and operational structures have been discontinued, and technical resources are now fully focused on further expansion.
“We can now dedicate our entire development capacity to ITscope and further enhance the platform along core purchasing and ordering processes,” says Oliver Charles. “As activity continues to grow, so does the added value for all participants – through greater transparency, improved comparability and broader reach on a shared platform.”
