Do I need to can­cel the tri­al peri­od?2025–05-26T13:00:26+02:00

No, the ITscope tri­al peri­od ends auto­ma­ti­cal­ly after 30 days. There is no auto­ma­tic rene­wal or con­ver­si­on into a paid sub­scrip­ti­on. You deci­de whe­ther you would like to con­ti­nue using ITscope after the tri­al period.

What are the con­tract dura­ti­ons and can­cel­la­ti­on peri­ods? Can I pay month­ly?2025–05-27T06:50:33+02:00

All ITscope con­tracts have a dura­ti­on of 12 months. Cancellation is pos­si­ble up to two months befo­re the end of the con­tract term – other­wi­se, the con­tract will auto­ma­ti­cal­ly be exten­ded for ano­ther year.

We do not offer month­ly pay­ments. Billing is annu­al, eit­her by bank trans­fer or con­ve­ni­ent­ly via SEPA direct debit.

Will all my col­le­agues get access to ITscope with the ERP Integration packa­ge?2025–05-27T11:27:48+02:00

When you book the ITscope ERP Integration packa­ge, up to 10 employees can access ITscope direct­ly from your ERP sys­tem by default. They can search for items, crea­te new ones, and place orders direct­ly within the ERP.
