Additional sup­pli­ers can easi­ly be added in ITscope. Please also note that some sup­pli­ers are only visi­ble for cer­tain count­ries or retail­ers. Our Support Team can give you more infor­ma­ti­on about this.

ITscope offers a sepa­ra­te admi­nis­tra­ti­on for your cont­acts in the com­pa­ny sec­tion. Several addres­ses can be stored.

The stan­dard ship­ping cos­ts can be stored for each sup­pli­er, also as a per­cen­ta­ge of the order volume.

Are all order docu­ments digi­tal­ly retrie­va­ble, such as deli­very notes and invoices with the seri­al num­bers of the orde­red pro­ducts?2022–01-28T15:56:18+02:00

Yes, many of the available ERP inter­faces alre­a­dy use docu­ment import as part of order auto­ma­ti­on. Electronic order docu­ments are gene­ral­ly available in openTRANS for­mat for import into your own ERP sys­tem, pro­vi­ded the dis­tri­bu­tor sup­ports this. A sepa­ra­te acti­va­ti­on by the dis­tri­bu­tor may be requi­red to recei­ve e‑invoices.

Can I also order from sup­pli­ers with whom I am not yet a cus­to­mer?2022–01-28T15:56:37+02:00

Yes, most sup­pli­ers with lis­ted stan­dard pri­ces have acti­va­ted orders for new cus­to­mers as well. Please allow extra time for queries, cre­dit checks etc. when orde­ring as a new customer.

No, orde­ring via ITscope cos­ts the same as orde­ring direct­ly from the dis­tri­bu­tor. Even when using cus­to­mi­sed B2B shops, tran­sac­tion fees are only incur­red for inco­ming purcha­se orders from your customers.
