Pre-select sui­ta­ble sup­pli­ers for your cus­to­mer from more than 300 dis­tri­bu­tors across Europe and show them eit­her the real sup­pli­er names, anony­mi­sed names (e.g. “Warehouse A”, “Warehouse B” etc.) or just yours­elf as the source.

Depending on the cus­to­mer or cus­to­mer group, you can crea­te indi­vi­du­al pri­ce rules for various pro­duct types in the ITscope B2B shop. Additionally, it’s also pos­si­ble to dis­play pro­cu­re­ment pri­ces to allow open-book pricing.

Yes, this is pos­si­ble! If you acti­va­te auto­ma­tic rou­ting, one or more purcha­se orders are auto­ma­ti­cal­ly gene­ra­ted from each cus­to­mer order and for­ward­ed to the dis­tri­bu­tor’s EDI sys­tems. Alternatively, you can also coll­ect inco­ming orders and manu­al­ly con­vert them into purcha­se orders.

Can my cus­to­mers’ e‑procurement sys­tems be con­nec­ted?2023–05-15T12:44:13+02:00

Yes, with the add-on “PunchOut Technology” you can con­nect ITscope to your cus­to­mers’ e‑procurement sys­tems. This allows your cus­to­mers’ user-logins to be auto­ma­ti­cal­ly authen­ti­ca­ted and shop­ping carts to be trans­fer­red to your own pro­cu­re­ment sys­tem. ITscope takes care of the data logi­stics and the con­nec­tion to com­mon sys­tems and inter­faces such as OCI or cXML.

The stan­dard ship­ping cos­ts can be stored for each sup­pli­er, also as a per­cen­ta­ge of the order volume.

Yes, many of the available ERP inter­faces alre­a­dy use docu­ment import as part of order auto­ma­ti­on. Electronic order docu­ments are gene­ral­ly available in openTRANS for­mat for import into your own ERP sys­tem, pro­vi­ded the dis­tri­bu­tor sup­ports this. A sepa­ra­te acti­va­ti­on by the dis­tri­bu­tor may be requi­red to recei­ve e‑invoices.

Yes, most sup­pli­ers with lis­ted stan­dard pri­ces have acti­va­ted orders for new cus­to­mers as well. Please allow extra time for queries, cre­dit checks etc. when orde­ring as a new customer.

To cut a long sto­ry short: from every sup­pli­er! The ITscope API inter­face is com­pa­ti­ble with all sup­pli­ers, regard­less of whe­ther they are con­nec­ted via EDI or not. Suppliers wit­hout an EDI con­nec­tion can pro­cess your order direct­ly via the ITscope plat­form and trans­mit order sta­tus chan­ges to you.

ITscope deli­vers all pro­ducts from a uni­form cata­lo­gue and in a uni­form data for­mat. This means that you can sel­ect across dis­tri­bu­tors, e.g. accor­ding to cate­go­ries and manu­fac­tu­r­ers, and the out­put for­mat is uni­form. For exam­p­le, you will always find ship­ping weights and dimen­si­ons in the same place and stan­dar­di­sed to kg/mm, no mat­ter how dif­fer­ent­ly indi­vi­du­al sup­pli­ers hand­le this. Our Content Team takes care of the matching and stan­dar­di­s­a­ti­on for you!

Realtime pri­ces in ITscope are reques­ted direct­ly from the inter­faces of the respec­ti­ve dis­tri­bu­tor. If such an inter­face is not available, the pri­ce and stock lists of the dis­tri­bu­tors are auto­ma­ti­cal­ly syn­chro­nis­ed seve­ral times an hour so that chan­ges are usual­ly updated on the plat­form within 10–20 minutes.
