Karlsruhe, December 16, 2025 – Which IT products topped the shopping lists of German system integrators and IT service providers in 2025? The latest order data from the ITscope platform offers a precise look at the actual purchasing decisions of system integrators, IT service providers, and resellers. The figures clearly show which devices and solutions have become indispensable in everyday business – from smartphones and services to workplace infrastructure and accessories.

Flexible workplaces and Apple services: These are the top 10 on ITscope in 2025

By far the best-selling product on ITscope in 2025 is a Lenovo USB‑C docking station – and an HP docking station also makes it into the top 10. As a central building block of modern hybrid workplaces, docking solutions therefore occupy a leading position in the German corporate landscape in 2025.

Top 10 most ordered IT products in 2025:

                1. Lenovo ThinkPad Universal USB‑C Dock
                2. Apple iPhone 16e (128 GB)
                3. AppleCare for Enterprise (for iPhone 16e)
                4. Logitech MK540 Wireless Set
                5. Apple iPhone 15 (128 GB)
                6. Poly Voyager Focus 2
                7. HP USB‑C Dock G5
                8. Apple Pencil Pro
                9. Apple iPhone 16 (128 GB)
                10. AppleCare for Enterprise (iPhone 11–17)

Apple stands out with a particularly strong presence: multiple iPhone generations and the corresponding service extensions for iPhones, AppleCare for Enterprise, are among the most ordered products of the year. This highlights how much businesses value protection, streamlined replacement processes, and predictable lifecycle management in the B2B environment – and are willing to pay extra for it.

Note: Although toner products account for some of the highest volumes on ITscope, they were not included in this analysis. Toner orders mainly reflect ongoing office supply needs and provide less insight into technological developments or strategic purchasing decisions. The most-clicked toner is the Lexmark Ultra High Yield Black.

Category analysis: What shaped the market in 2025

Order volumes by product category show where IT procurement is heading. PC systems are by far the strongest category, with notebooks performing twice as strongly as complete desktop systems. Telecommunications also ranks highly, driven by strong demand for smartphones.

Further back in the field are TFTs (monitors), toners, tablet PCs, and networking equipment, covering a broad spectrum of modern workplace and infrastructure technologies. Rounding out the top 10 product categories are audio devices, input devices, and network cameras.

“The order data clearly shows how companies are evolving their IT,” says Oliver Charles, Managing Director at ITscope. “From our perspective, 2026 will be shaped by pragmatic decisions: investments will be made where workplaces can be modernized, communication improved, or structures simplified. This focus on practical, working solutions will continue to drive the channel in the coming year.”
