Before you crea­te your own B2B shop with ITscope for the first time, you will recei­ve a free intro­duc­tion from our sales team. This means that many of our cus­to­mers are rea­dy to go and can get star­ted on their own. You can find detail­ed ins­truc­tions on set­ting up B2B shops in the ITscope Guide.

Yes, you can use the pro­duct and bund­le desi­gner to manu­al­ly crea­te pro­ducts in your B2B shop. If you want an auto­ma­tic upload, you can use the cata­lo­gue import.

The ITscope inter­face is alre­a­dy available for a lar­ge num­ber of e‑procurement sys­tems, for exam­p­le SAP Ariba, Coupa, DIG and WPS Management. A com­ple­te over­view of e‑procurement sys­tems con­nec­ted to ITscope as stan­dard can be found on the Connect ERP sys­tem web­site.

What are the con­tract dura­ti­ons and can­cel­la­ti­on peri­ods? Can I pay month­ly?2025–05-27T06:50:33+02:00

All ITscope con­tracts have a dura­ti­on of 12 months. Cancellation is pos­si­ble up to two months befo­re the end of the con­tract term – other­wi­se, the con­tract will auto­ma­ti­cal­ly be exten­ded for ano­ther year.

We do not offer month­ly pay­ments. Billing is annu­al, eit­her by bank trans­fer or con­ve­ni­ent­ly via SEPA direct debit.

Do I need to can­cel the tri­al peri­od?2025–05-26T13:00:26+02:00

No, the ITscope tri­al peri­od ends auto­ma­ti­cal­ly after 30 days. There is no auto­ma­tic rene­wal or con­ver­si­on into a paid sub­scrip­ti­on. You deci­de whe­ther you would like to con­ti­nue using ITscope after the tri­al period.
