Sent to you via express

If a sup­pli­er offers other ship­ping methods in addi­ti­on to stan­dard ship­ping, the­se addi­tio­nal deli­very opti­ons can be sel­ec­ted befo­re sub­mit­ting the order.

You can choo­se from various express deli­very opti­ons, Saturday deli­very or coll­ec­tion and dis­patch to a con­sign­ment warehouse. By the way: a varie­ty of ship­ping opti­ons have alre­a­dy been added for the com­pa­nies TD SYNNEX, ALSO Germany and Ingram! You will find the ‘Shipping method’ drop-down menu in the check­out dia­lo­gue sec­tion on the left under ‘Further details’.

Currently, the actu­al ship­ping cos­ts may still dif­fer from the cos­ts shown in the over­view – but soon it will also be pos­si­ble to store and then view the actu­al cos­ts for each ship­ping method.

The ship­ping method can be easi­ly sel­ec­ted in the drop-down menu during the orde­ring pro­cess – pro­vi­ded the sup­pli­er offers it.

Down to the day

If the sup­pli­er offers the opti­on, you can use the ‘Delivery date’ check­box in the ‘Line items’ sec­tion when orde­ring to spe­ci­fy that the goods are to be deli­ver­ed on a cer­tain day. Under ‘Fixed deli­very date’ or ‘Desired deli­very date’, sim­ply enter the date on which the deli­very cou­rier should be at your door. Note: for orders pla­ced with ALSO Germany, it is alre­a­dy pos­si­ble to enter a desi­red date for each item!

After you have acti­va­ted the ‘Delivery date’ check­box, you can enter a fixed oder desi­red deli­very date.
