Good news for users of the weclapp-ITscope interface: project orders can now be processed via the ERP system! The new feature allows you to insert agreed project conditions directly into your orders and send them seamlessly to the distributors via ITscope.
How to enter a project number/reference via the weclapp-ITscope interface:
- First activate the option “Synchronise quote and project references” in the basic settings of the interface (external integration) on the “Orders” tab.
- When creating an order, you can then enter your project reference under “ITscope” in the order items (symbol: green pen for editing).

What are project prices?
In projects, system houses and manufacturers agree special conditions for a fixed quantity of items. To order these items correctly, it is necessary to add the relevant project number/reference to the order.
