Optimal support for ordering ESD, service, licence and Sophos hardware products via ITscope: as of recently, an end licensee can be specified for each line item when placing an order – both for orders via our web interface and API.
This new feature not only makes it easier for you to assign order line items to the respective end customers, but also enables you to order ESD, service, licence and Sophos products more easily and quickly. Previously, distributors had to request end-customer information first – now, this information can be sent directly to the distributor.
Additionally with TechData, all necessary parameters for service and licence products can also be specified directly in the order interface when ordering. For API orders, these parameters are made available to the ERP system via the product export or API.
For CSP licences (currently Ingram Cloud), information on the billing period and contract duration is now also output for a product export or via the product API.
