In keeping with the current summer temperatures, the Sage 100 integration has been extended with hot new features: automatic orders via EDI and electronic document exchange.
On top of the existing automated addition of new items, it is now also possible to order directly from within the Sage 100 ERP system (starting from version 9.0) – via ITscope’s order API. The procurement process within Sage 100 can therefore be fully digitalised. In addition to the automated transfer of your orders, you also receive the corresponding documents such as order confirmations, delivery notes and pro forma invoices back in Sage 100.
With the order API, you can implement a fully electronic EDI process. All orders that you send from Sage 100 via the order API are transferred in the background by ITscope via EDI directly into the ordering system of the distributors. You then automatically receive any order response documents in your Sage 100 ERP system.
