Good news for all B2B shop ope­ra­tors: From now on, you can set up a struc­tu­red returns pro­cess (RMA pro­cess) in your B2B shop. This impro­ves your returns manage­ment, pro­vi­des grea­ter trans­pa­ren­cy for your cus­to­mers, and makes your shop the cen­tral point of cont­act. This will sus­tain­ab­ly streng­then your digi­tal sales.

Manage returns flexibly

  • Enable the returns pro­cess and defi­ne the return period.
  • Receive noti­fi­ca­ti­ons by spe­ci­fy­ing one or more email addres­ses to be infor­med about returns immediately.
  • Define return reasons by deter­mi­ning which reasons your cus­to­mers can select.

How it works for your customers:

Your end cus­to­mers can access com­ple­ted orders in your B2B shop and easi­ly initia­te a return. They sel­ect the rele­vant items, spe­ci­fy the appro­pria­te return reason, and add a note if neces­sa­ry. Once sub­mit­ted, the cus­to­mer can imme­dia­te­ly see in their order which items have been regis­tered for return. As the shop ope­ra­tor, you can then cont­act the cus­to­mer and coor­di­na­te the return pro­cess direct­ly with them.

How to activate the RMA process in your B2B shop

  1. Navigate to “Portals” in ITscope and open the order con­di­ti­ons of the desi­red portal.
  2. Activate the RMA pro­cess option.
  3. Enter one or more email addres­ses to which return requests should be sent.
  4. Define a return peri­od – you can spe­ci­fy how long after the order date a return is pos­si­ble. The available opti­ons are: 6, 12, and 24 months.
  5. Specify up to five indi­vi­du­al return reasons, depen­ding on your agree­ments with customers.
