This improves your returns management, provides greater transparency for your customers, and makes your shop the central point of contact. This will sustainably strengthen your digital sales.
Manage returns flexibly
- Enable the returns process and define the return period.
- Receive notifications by specifying one or more email addresses to be informed about returns immediately.
- Define return reasons by determining which reasons your customers can select.
How it works for your customers:
Your end customers can access completed orders in your B2B shop and easily initiate a return. They select the relevant items, specify the appropriate return reason, and add a note if necessary. Once submitted, the customer can immediately see in their order which items have been registered for return. As the shop operator, you can then contact the customer and coordinate the return process directly with them.
How to activate the RMA process in your B2B shop
- Navigate to “Portals” in ITscope and open the order conditions of the desired portal.
- Activate the RMA process option.
- Enter one or more email addresses to which return requests should be sent.
- Define a return period – you can specify how long after the order date a return is possible. The available options are: 6, 12, and 24 months.
- Specify up to five individual return reasons, depending on your agreements with customers.
