Development of the new store­front can be con­side­red com­ple­te. We are curr­ent­ly in the pro­cess of fixing the last incon­sis­ten­ci­es and are of cour­se working on fur­ther impro­ving the interface.

It’s get­ting serious!
In the next few days, we will be swit­ching all B2B por­tals to the new inter­face. The dead­line for this is 31/10/2022. After 01/11/2022, you and your cus­to­mers will have a new, attrac­ti­ve, respon­si­ve and state-of-the-art pro­cu­re­ment por­tal solu­ti­on. ITscope will then have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to deve­lop new fea­tures for an even bet­ter digi­tal sales solu­ti­on – quicker and in a more tar­ge­ted manner.

There will be a con­tin­gen­cy plan for the chan­geo­ver until the end of the year, mea­ning that you will still be able to pro­vi­de indi­vi­du­al cus­to­mers (i.e. por­tals) via the old inter­face if neces­sa­ry. However, the aim is to satis­fy the­se cus­to­mers as quick­ly as pos­si­ble by moving them to the new interface.

You do not have to worry about tech­ni­cal func­tion­a­li­ty during the swit­cho­ver. The new store­front is func­tion­al in all com­mon brow­sers inclu­ding Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox and Safari (macOS/iOS) and Firefox. However, we do recom­mend that you make sure to have the latest brow­ser version. 

For cus­to­mers that are con­nec­ted to the store­front via a PunchOut con­nec­tion, we have ensu­red that PunchOut sys­tems can also ope­ra­te the obso­le­te com­pon­ents of the no lon­ger sup­port­ed Internet Explorer 11 with the new storefront.
