Q: What B2B sales strategies are there?

In the area of B2B sales strategies, there are numerous approaches that differ depending on the target group, product and market situation. Proven strategies include Account-Based Marketing (ABM): This highly focussed strategy aligns marketing and sales activities specifically to selected key accounts. ABM aims to develop customised campaigns that address the specific needs and challenges of individual key accounts or customer segments. Value-Based Selling: Here, the value that a product or service generates for the customer is at the centre of the sales strategy. Sales staff focus on emphasising the potential ROI (return on investment) of their solutions and how they can contribute to achieving the customer's business objectives. Solution selling: This strategy emphasises the importance of understanding customer problems and developing customised solutions to solve them. It is about acting as a consultant who delves deep into the customer's specific challenges in order to offer customised solutions.

Q: Can I use both a Sales and a Procure plan?

Yes, you can use either Procure only or Sales only plan individually or both plans in combination.

Q: Can a user of my company also have a higher package compared the other users?

No, this is not possible. If an upgrade is carried out, this always applies to the entire account and therefore also to each individual user. However, with every package (Essential, Advanced, Complete) you have the option of inviting your colleagues to the ITscope platform as basic users for just €19/month. Basic users have read access within the platform and/or via an ERP system and can create items from the ERP system and/or via a share tile from ITscope.

Q: Do I get a discount if I book more than one user?

Yes, you can benefit from discounts if you book multiple users for your company account. From the fourth user and from the sixth user, you will reach the next higher discount level. The prices per user after the discount can be found in the package tables.

Q: Do I get a confirmation of receipt?

As a trader, you can see for each quote whether the quote has been submitted and viewed by the customer.

Q: Can my client print out the quote?

Your customer can download any quote as a PDF with your letterhead and then print it out.

Q: Can I include my own products in a quote?

You can add any free-text line items to your quote and integrate your product offering completely directly into ITscope. A supplier subscription or an additional contract is required for this.
