Q: How does the listing on ITscope work?

You send us your price data - as a file or automatically via an interface. We take care of the integration and matching with our database. Your offer is then listed on ITscope and visible to resellers. Data maintenance runs automatically on an ongoing basis.

Q: Which ERP / inventory management systems does ITscope support?

You can find a complete overview of ERP systems that are natively integrated with ITscope on our website under ERP system integration . Your system isn’t listed? Learn more about individual API integration .

Q: Will all my colleagues get access to ITscope with the ERP Integration package?

When you book the ITscope ERP Integration package, up to 10 employees can access ITscope directly from your ERP system by default. They can search for items, create new ones, and place orders directly within the ERP. If you need additional users who want to work directly on ITscope or more ERP users, just write us an e-mail to sales@itscope.com .

Q: Can I set up a B2B shop on my own or do I need additional onboarding?

Before you create your own B2B shop with ITscope for the first time, you will receive a free introduction from our sales team. This means that many of our customers are ready to go and can get started on their own. You can find detailed instructions on setting up B2B shops in the ITscope Guide .

Q: Can I offer my own products in the shop?

Yes, you can use the product and bundle designer to manually create products in your B2B shop. If you want an automatic upload, you can use the catalogue import .
