Career at ITscope

Everything but ordinary

At ITscope, we want to change, rethink and make a difference: we are creative, innovative and convinced of the work we do. We support each other in our teams to use our individual strengths and continuously improve, leave room for new ideas and can always rely on each other.

That is who we are. This is ITscope. This is your career.

That's ITscope

ITscope integrates all business models of the IT sector, from procurement and sales to Managed Services, on a single marketplace to support IT resellers, suppliers and manufacturers in the digitalisation of their business processes. How you fit in

Discover your strengths: we give you the time and space to develop yourself and your individual strengths.

Transparency everywhere

We believe that transparency is not only a good business model, but also a way to optimise our work within and between teams.

Everyone at eye level

We take the time to understand and share others’ perspectives – from trainee to managing director, every opinion is heard and all feedback is accepted.

Joint team events

Whether it’s fun in the office, having lunch together or team events: especially when there’s a lot to do, we make sure to also treat ourselves to some time off at the B2Run, go-karting or other joint activities.

Feedback is important to us

In regular company retros or team meetings, everyone can contribute feedback – or mention it directly at any time.

Overcoming challenges together

We support each other in achieving our goals – and of course also during everyday challenges.

Envisioning the future in the present

Be it with a job bike, an electric company car or a subsidy for a public transport ticket: sustainability is close to our hearts and that’s why we strive to make your commute to work as environmentally friendly as possible. We also avoid unnecessary business trips, as our customer appointments are almost exclusively held online.

What #teamitscope says

Denis Heinen, Software Developer bei ITscope arbeitet an einem Macbook

As Junior Software Developer, I mainly take care of the development of the Storefront, the new interface for our B2B portals. Particularly important to me is the flexibility that ITscope offers me in terms of my work location, among other things. I was able to move back to my home country Luxembourg after my studies, while continuing to work remotely at ITscope. I always enjoy coming back to Karlsruhe for a visit, though.

Denis, Software Developer

As Sales Manager, I look after our new and existing customers in the DACH region. This means that in an initial meeting, I find out what our customers’ requirements are and help them find the right answer to any questions they may have. My golden retriever Simba, who is allowed to come with me as an office dog, is indispensable as Cuddle Manager at ITscope and sweetens my day.

Annika, Sales Manager
Jeremia Klaiber, Product Manager arbeitet gerne bei ITscope

As Product Manager at ITscope, I take care of the ‘what’ for our software. Together with the development teams, we decide what our product needs next in order to delight our customers. In doing so, I always work closely with my wonderful team. In general, what I like most about ITscope is the company culture and working together with my colleagues – I just feel like I’m in my element here!

Jeremia, Product Manager
Patrick

The acquisition of my previous employer, cop software & services GmbH, by ITscope GmbH in 2020 gave me the opportunity to become a member of the ITscope family. Here in my team at ITscope, I can develop myself further, face new exciting challenges and use my accumulated knowledge and experience, for example to help realise new EDI interfaces for our distributors.

Patrick, Head of Customer Support

As Product Manager, I’m some kinde of educator for adults: I take requests, put them into an understandable form, keep an eye on the various wish lists and make sure that things aren’t accidentally organised twice. And sometimes I also have to find words of comfort when individual wishes unfortunately can’t be fulfilled.

Sabrina, Product Manager
Tobse Fritz, Senior Software Developer bei ITscope an seinem Arbeitsplatz

As Senior Software Developer, I am responsible for the heart of ITscope, the product catalog. Together with my strong team, I deal with exciting questions such as: how do we efficiently process pricing and content for over 3 million products? How can our systems be developed to scale, become flexible for new markets and meet the new challenges of distributed systems in the cloud?

Tobse, Senior Software Developer
Alexander Stikel, Junior IT Systems Engineer bei ITscope

I worked as a Product Content Manager at ITscope until November 2022. Since December, I am working as a Junior IT Systems Engineer. Thanks to this transition, and the new responsibilities that come with it, I get to turn my hobby into my job even more than before. The product content was already good, but now I also get to use a screwdriver (among other things)!

Alexander, Junior IT Systems Engineer
