We have the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre taken this year\u2019s anni\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adry as an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to give them a chan\u00adce to pro\u00advi\u00adde feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mce-hs-more\" style=\"height: 20px !important;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\"><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">What is the B2B&nbsp;Suite?<\/span><\/strong><br>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">The B2B Suite enables you to sell direct\u00adly to your cus\u00adto\u00admers digi\u00adtal\u00adly \u2013 wit\u00adhout set\u00adting up com\u00adplex shop sys\u00adtems. With the B2B Suite, customer-specific pro\u00adcu\u00adre\u00adment por\u00adtals can be crea\u00adted in the cloud with user-defined pro\u00adducts, pri\u00adces and CI ele\u00adments \u2013 wit\u00adhout any time-consuming in-house deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment efforts. This allows you to offer exis\u00adting cus\u00adto\u00admers a fully-fledged eProcurement por\u00adtal with elec\u00adtro\u00adnic orde\u00adring and inte\u00adgra\u00adted appr\u00adoval pro\u00adces\u00adses, all from a sin\u00adgle source. All par\u00adties invol\u00adved can save valuable time, in addi\u00adti\u00adon to impro\u00adving cus\u00adto\u00admer reten\u00adti\u00adon and incre\u00adasing your sales revenue.<em><br>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">More than 50 com\u00adpa\u00adnies are actively using the B2B Suite, some having star\u00adted recent\u00adly, others being on board sin\u00adce its intro\u00adduc\u00adtion. Here is the feed\u00adback we received:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The respond\u00adents par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly app\u00adre\u00adcia\u00adte that the B2B Suite enables them to <strong>com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly sim\u00adpli\u00adfy and acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte their busi\u00adness sales<\/strong>, by signi\u00adfi\u00adcant\u00adly redu\u00adcing manu\u00adal effort. Effort is also redu\u00adced for their busi\u00adness cus\u00adto\u00admers, for exam\u00adp\u00adle during the quo\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon and orde\u00adring pro\u00adcess or when sear\u00adching for pro\u00adducts. Customer orders can also auto\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to the com\u00adpany\u2019s own ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sys\u00adtem \u2013 ano\u00adther fac\u00adtor that saves&nbsp;time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">And even if it sounds obvious: it is <strong>an immense advan\u00adta\u00adge for sys\u00adtem hou\u00adses to be able to offer their cus\u00adto\u00admers the opti\u00adon to purcha\u00adse ICT pro\u00adducts online<\/strong>. Not only can addi\u00adtio\u00adnal sales be gene\u00adra\u00adted when cus\u00adto\u00admers find addi\u00adtio\u00adnal pro\u00adducts or dis\u00adco\u00adver useful access\u00adories that they would pro\u00adba\u00adb\u00adly not request or find other\u00adwi\u00adse. The com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adve search and fil\u00adter func\u00adtions are a real added value in cus\u00adto\u00admer ser\u00advice. All in all, this pays off for many of the respond\u00adents in the form of <strong>a high level of trust and streng\u00adthe\u00adned cus\u00adto\u00admer loyal\u00adty<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u201c<strong>I\u2019ve seen a lot of IT shops, but yours is by far the best!<\/strong>\u201d Not only the sys\u00adtem hou\u00adses that use the B2B Suite are hap\u00adpy to recei\u00adve feed\u00adback like this, but of cour\u00adse we are too. For almost all respond\u00adents, the feed\u00adback they recei\u00adve from their cus\u00adto\u00admers in indus\u00adtry is con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adent\u00adly posi\u00adti\u00adve. They par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly prai\u00adsed the uncom\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adted and fast usa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty, the clear struc\u00adtu\u00adre of the indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal pro\u00adduct lines and the direct insight into pro\u00adduct availability.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Half of the respond\u00adents con\u00adsider the tech\u00adni\u00adcal effort and time requi\u00adred to initi\u00adal\u00adly set up the B2B Suite, as well as to use it day-to-day, to be abso\u00adlut\u00ade\u00adly reasonable. Around a third even descri\u00adbes this effort as being low, whe\u00adre\u00adas the rest rate it as&nbsp;high.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The respon\u00adse is simi\u00adlar when it comes to the cos\u00adts of the B2B Suite in rela\u00adti\u00adon to the bene\u00adfits: here, too, half of the respond\u00adents con\u00adsider the cos\u00adts to be reasonable, 37 per\u00adcent rate them as high and around 13 per\u00adcent would even be pre\u00adpared to pay more for the ran\u00adge of func\u00adtions offe\u00adred, describ\u00ading the cos\u00adts as low or very&nbsp;low.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Overall, more than 80 per\u00adcent of the respond\u00adents were eit\u00adher <strong>satis\u00adfied or very satis\u00adfied with the B2B Suite<\/strong>. And this is also reflec\u00adted in the recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon rate: around 60 per\u00adcent of respond\u00adents would be <strong>likely or very likely to recom\u00admend the B2B Suite to other sys\u00adtem hou\u00adses or IT ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adders<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Perhaps also to you?
