This impro\u00adves your returns manage\u00adment, pro\u00advi\u00addes grea\u00adter trans\u00adpa\u00adren\u00adcy for your cus\u00adto\u00admers, and makes your shop the cen\u00adtral point of cont\u00adact. This will sus\u00adtain\u00adab\u00adly streng\u00adthen your digi\u00adtal&nbsp;sales.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Manage returns flexibly<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enable the returns pro\u00adcess and defi\u00adne the return period.<\/li>\n<li>Receive noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons by spe\u00adci\u00adfy\u00ading one or more email addres\u00adses to be infor\u00admed about returns immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Define return reasons by deter\u00admi\u00adning which reasons your cus\u00adto\u00admers can select.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">How it works for your customers:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Your end cus\u00adto\u00admers can access com\u00adple\u00adted orders in your B2B shop and easi\u00adly initia\u00adte a return. They sel\u00adect the rele\u00advant items, spe\u00adci\u00adfy the appro\u00adpria\u00adte return reason, and add a note if neces\u00adsa\u00adry. Once sub\u00admit\u00adted, the cus\u00adto\u00admer can imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly see in their order which items have been regis\u00adtered for return.
