At ITscope, we focus not only on a smooth orde\u00adring pro\u00adcess but also on pro\u00adtec\u00adting your data. That\u2019s why we will soon be intro\u00addu\u00adcing two-factor authen\u00adti\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon (2FA). This will make log\u00adging in more secure\u2014without making it unneces\u00ads\u00ada\u00adri\u00adly complicated.<\/p>\n

2FA adds a second veri\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon step to your pass\u00adword. This means that even if someone knows your pass\u00adword, your account remains pro\u00adtec\u00adted. The solu\u00adti\u00adon is pro\u00advi\u00added by our parent com\u00adpa\u00adny, Exact, which sup\u00adports over 550,000 busi\u00adnesses across Europe with secu\u00adre cloud solutions.<\/p>\n

Why is two-factor authentication worthwhile?<\/span><\/h3>\n

A strong pass\u00adword is good, but two-factor authen\u00adti\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon is bet\u00adter. Even if log\u00adin cre\u00adden\u00adti\u00adals fall into the wrong hands\u2014whether through phis\u00adhing or data breaches\u2014unauthorised indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals can\u00adnot access your account. In addi\u00adti\u00adon to your pass\u00adword, an extra veri\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon step is requi\u00adred, such as using an authen\u00adti\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon app.<\/p>\n

You are pro\u00adba\u00adb\u00adly alre\u00ada\u00addy fami\u00adli\u00adar with this pro\u00adcess from your bank or other online ser\u00advices. The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) also recom\u00admends using two-factor authen\u00adti\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon to pro\u00adtect sen\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adve data. We are now imple\u00admen\u00adting this pro\u00adven secu\u00adri\u00adty mea\u00adsu\u00adre at ITscope as well. This ensu\u00adres that your account remains secu\u00adre against unaut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adsed access\u2014with mini\u00admal effort in your dai\u00adly routine.<\/p>\n
