Purpose, legal basis, and sto\u00adrage period<\/b><\/span>

We pro\u00adcess a candidate\u2019s data only for the pur\u00adpo\u00adse and within the scope of the job appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre in accordance with the legal requi\u00adre\u00adments. Candidate data is pro\u00adces\u00adsed for the pur\u00adpo\u00adse of ful\u00adfil\u00adling our (pre-)contractual obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adons within the scope of the job appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (in Germany sec\u00adtion 26 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) appli\u00ades addi\u00adtio\u00adnal\u00adly). Withdrawal and dele\u00adti\u00adon of job application<\/b><\/span>

Applicants can demand the dele\u00adti\u00adon of their data at any time wit\u00adhout giving any details. The stored data of the appli\u00adcant will be dele\u00adted imme\u00addia\u00adte\u00adly, unless the\u00adre is are legal grounds which jus\u00adti\u00adfy their sto\u00adrage (e.g., an exis\u00adting employ\u00adment rela\u00adti\u00adonship). ITscope coll\u00adects per\u00adso\u00adnal data of the User (inclu\u00adding, but not limi\u00adt\u00aded to the name and busi\u00adness cont\u00adact data) when the User regis\u00adters on this Platform or is regis\u00adtered by a third par\u00adty, e.g., if the employ\u00ader of a User crea\u00adtes an account for it on the Platform. If requi\u00adred by data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion law, rules, and regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons, the cus\u00adto\u00admer assu\u00adres to have obtai\u00adned the pri\u00ador con\u00adsent of its employees and to have infor\u00admed them accor\u00addin\u00adgly. With regard to its employees, the cus\u00adto\u00admer shall ensu\u00adre that ITscope may pro\u00adcess and use the cont\u00adact data coll\u00adec\u00adted for the con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal pur\u00adpo\u00adses descri\u00adbed her\u00adein and, if neces\u00adsa\u00adry, may cont\u00adact the employees (e.g., in con\u00adnec\u00adtion with a sup\u00adport ticket).<\/li>\n

Registration wit\u00adhout this man\u00adda\u00adto\u00adry data is not per\u00admis\u00adsi\u00adble. During the regis\u00adtra\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adcess the User may also pro\u00advi\u00adde addi\u00adtio\u00adnal data on a vol\u00adun\u00adt\u00ada\u00adry basis, such as on its posi\u00adti\u00adon within the com\u00adpa\u00adny and other cont\u00adact data. This infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon is not a pre\u00adre\u00adqui\u00adsi\u00adte for registration.<\/li>\n

ITscope will pro\u00adcess and use the per\u00adso\u00adnal data of cus\u00adto\u00admers and Users for con\u00adtract per\u00adfor\u00admance and cus\u00adto\u00admer sup\u00adport (e.g., pro\u00advi\u00adsi\u00adon of sup\u00adport ser\u00advices and user sup\u00adport) based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. ITscope will inform Users by email about new and simi\u00adlar pro\u00adducts and ser\u00advices as well as spe\u00adcial offers from ITscope that might be of inte\u00adrest to the User in the form of a peri\u00adodic news\u00adlet\u00adter. The User has the right to object to the use of its email address for such mar\u00adke\u00adting pur\u00adpo\u00adses by noti\u00adfy\u00ading ITscope hereof at any time (e.g., by unsub\u00adscrib\u00ading from a news\u00adlet\u00adter by acti\u00advat\u00ading a link at the end of each news\u00adlet\u00adter) wit\u00adhout incur\u00adring any costs.<\/li>\n
  4. ITscope will neither use the User\u2019s per\u00adso\u00adnal data for other adver\u00adti\u00adsing pur\u00adpo\u00adses nor pass it on to third par\u00adties, unless,

Personal data that the User vol\u00adun\u00adt\u00ada\u00adri\u00adly pro\u00advi\u00addes on the Platform via the pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon fea\u00adtures pro\u00advi\u00added may be dele\u00adted by the User at any time during the exis\u00adting con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal rela\u00adti\u00adonship. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, per\u00adso\u00adnal user data (inclu\u00adding the User\u2019s log\u00adin data for sup\u00adpli\u00ader sys\u00adtems stored on the Platform, cf.     5. Creation and analysis of user profiles on the Platform<\/h2><\/div>

    1. The gene\u00adral infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon regar\u00adding the Website descri\u00adbed in sec\u00adtion 2 (e.g., use of coo\u00adkies and ana\u00adly\u00adsis ser\u00advices) shall app\u00adly to the use of the Platform accordingly.<\/li>\n
    2. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, the access of regis\u00adtered Users to the Platform based on the legi\u00adti\u00adma\u00adte inte\u00adrests of ITscope in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR will be log\u00adged using their user ID and account num\u00adber and stored for the pur\u00adpo\u00adse of enhan\u00adcing the user expe\u00adri\u00adence and for sta\u00adtis\u00adti\u00adcal ana\u00adly\u00adsis. ITscope has the right to publish ana\u00adly\u00adsis results in anony\u00admous or aggre\u00adga\u00adted form, i.e., wit\u00adhout refe\u00adrence to indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal cus\u00adto\u00admers or Users, for infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon pur\u00adpo\u00adses, for ins\u00adtance on the Website. Beyond this, pro\u00adfi\u00adle data will not be pas\u00adsed on to third par\u00adties, unless ITscope is obli\u00adga\u00adted by law to do so.<\/li>\n

User log\u00adin data (in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, pass\u00adwords) requi\u00adred for using Supplier Services are elec\u00adtro\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly trans\u00admit\u00adted to the sup\u00adpli\u00aders\u2019 ser\u00advers as encrypt\u00aded mes\u00adsa\u00adges at all times, unless a sup\u00adpli\u00ader fails to offer a secu\u00adre or encrypt\u00aded con\u00adnec\u00adtion for this purpose.<\/li>\n

ITscope uses state-of-the-art, secu\u00adre encryp\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adres with sepa\u00adra\u00adte\u00adly stored keys to pro\u00adtect the User\u2019s log\u00adin data and will decrypt the\u00adse only for the pur\u00adpo\u00adse set forth on the Platform, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, to retrie\u00adve pri\u00adces and to trans\u00admit order docu\u00adments to the User.<\/li>\n
        4. ITscope exclu\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly uses its own ser\u00adver sys\u00adtems for sto\u00adring such log\u00adin data, which are hos\u00adted at a data cen\u00adter cer\u00adti\u00adfied in accordance with the BSI Grundschutzhandbuch (Basic Protection Manual) and ISO 27001.<\/li>\n
        5. ITscope is not respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the coll\u00adec\u00adtion and pro\u00adces\u00adsing of User\u2019s per\u00adso\u00adnal data by the sup\u00adpli\u00ader, rather, the cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00adding sup\u00adpli\u00ader is the Controller within the mea\u00adning of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
