Support contracts
For all customers that work extensively with our products, or who would like to receive comprehensive telephone support, we offer Premium Support with 2 hours included, and a response time of one working day. With these contracts you can extend the scope of our services at a fixed price, suited to your requirements.
A support rate of €30, plus VAT, per quarter hour started applies to support that exceeds the scope of the included services.

Individual support
We are happy to provide advice on setting up exports or other detailed questions that arise when using our products. Our support rate is a fair €30 per quarter hour started, you will be informed in advance about possible costs.
